Hi. My name is Lindsay Ryan. I am a regular customer at your East Twenty-second

store. Two days ago, I dropped off my best pants-suit for dry cleaning. I was told that
I could pick it up today but I was just at your store and it was closed. The sign on the
door says that you do not close until 7 p.m. but it is only 3 p.m. now. The problem is
that I need it now for a job interview in the morning. This is a big deal to me and I am
upset. You promised I could pick up the pants-suit today. What is going on? Please
help me. Could you please call me back and sort out this problem? If I don’t have
that pants-suit for tomorrow, it could be a really big disaster. My dry cleaning receipt
number is E-J-3-5-8. Thanks.
