Subject: Office change

In the next few days your office will change. New rules will be made and we
will change things. The reason for that is because if we do not do anything it
is really bad for all of you working in the office. This will help your mental
and physical health in the office a lot.

Changes made
Changes that will be made will include better chairs for your backs so it
doesn't ruin your posture. You will have to social distance. We will add a
hand sanitizer station around the office under each desk we will have foot rest
for your feet. You will have a 10-30 minutes break just technology free so
you aren’t ruining your mental health. You will also have adjustable desks so
you can put them to whatever height or size. We will also be making the
temperature of the office really good, not too cold or too hot.
