important presale updates, via email.

We expect the demand for tickets to see Adele to be

overwhelming. By powering this presale with Verified Fan, we
have the best opportunity to get more tickets into the hands
of fans who want to attend these shows.

Due to the limited quantity of tickets available for each show,

if demand for tickets from Verified Fans exceeds supply, there
will not be a Public Onsale. Registering for Verified Fan is the
best way to ensure you have a chance to purchase tickets.

While Verified Fan does not guarantee that everyone will get
a ticket, it does help ensure only fans are invited to buy
tickets.

WHEN YOU'LL HEAR FROM US AGAIN

On Monday, December 6th 6th, you’ll receive an email

confirming whether you’ve been verified and whether you’ve
also been selected to participate in the presale. If verified
and selected, you’ll be invited to purchase for one (1) of the
four (4) events you’ve ranked.

If you are verified and selected, you will also receive a text
with your personal access code and a link to the show you’ve
been selected for.

The Verified Fan Presale period begins on Tuesday,

December 7th 7th. There is a four (4) ticket limit per code.

All registered fans who are also verified will be equally eligible to
participate in the Verified Fan Presale. However, if demand for
tickets from verified fans exceeds supply, verified fans may be
selected at random to participate in the presale. Due to the
limited quantity of tickets available for the Adele Presale powered
by Ticketmaster Verified Fan, they will be available on a first-
come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed. No purchase
necessary to register.
