The candidate seeking his/her transcript must fill the transcript request form and send the hard copy of filled in form along with Identity proof and requisite fee though a demand draft (Drawn in favour of BIRLA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY payable at Ranchi) to the following address. Examination Office BIT Mesra, Ranchi-835215 Sharkhand, India Alternatively, the applicant can pay their fee at their Institute Account Office and submit the filled in application form to the above mentioned address along with payment slip. 2, Fee for transcript (8) : % 500.00 per pair, If transcript is required to be sent within India or collecting personally. % 2500.00 per pair, If transcript is required to be sent outside India 3. The sealed transcript can be found inside the cover envelop. Further, the transcript (s) request form is modified as attached herewith (Form: BITM/EXAM/002) and uploaded in the examination portal of Institute Website.
