Under the circumstances reported and based on the recommendations of the ‘Superintending Engineer, Irrigation Circle, Ongole in the reference 16" cited, the extension of time for the Agreement under reference 4" cited and subsequent supplemental Agreements concluded in respect of “FDR to Reservoir across Enumuleru near Mundlapadu (V), Giddaluru (M), and Restoration and Improvements to anicut across Enumuleru near Bainapally(V)Giddaluru (M)- Prakasam (Dist)” is here by granted up to 30-06-2021 under clause 59 of PS to APSS The Superintending Engineer is requested to take necessary action as per the agreement conditions and as per the rules in vogue, The Superintending Engineer is also requested to ensure the following: 1. The work shall be completed in all respects within the extended period of agreement. 2. The Superintending Engineer shall approve the revised milestones to complete the balance work within the extended period up to 30-06-2021 and monitor fortnightly progress with respect to the approved revised mile stones and reportcompliance. The copy of approved milestones shall be furnished to this Office for record. . The Superintending Engineer shall resolve all the issues at work site so that there shall not be any hurdles to the work . The revalidation of Bank Guarantees towards EMD shall be obtained from the Agency up to completion of this EOT period plus defect liability period The receipt of this memo may be acknowledged forth with.
