This Operation and Maintenance Manual has been released for the D85EX-15 Bulldozer exported to Turkmenistan.
Please read the D85EX-15 Bulldozer's operation and maintenance manuals first, then read this Operation and
Maintenance Manual.

Note that the description of this Manual partially may not match the actual machine due to the modification of
machine specifications which is repeated for bulldozer performance improvement.

SERVICE PROCEDURE
WHEN REQUIRED

REPLACE WIPER BLADE

If the blade is damaged, it will not wipe the window clean, so
replace the blade.

When you clean the front window or replace wiper blades, securely
connect the wipers to the air-cleaner extension hose using a rope
or others.

REPLACEMENT

FRONT WIPER
1. It is hooked at portion (A), so move the blade in the direction of
the arrow to remove it.
2. Install the new blade and hook it securely.

MAINTENANCE SERVICE PROCEDURE

REAR WIPER
1. Remove E-ring (1).
The blade can then be removed.
2. Install a new blade, then install securely with E-ring (1).

DOOR WIPER
1. It is hooked at portion (A), so move the blade in the direction of
the arrow to remove it.
2. Install the new blade and hook it securely.
