Subject: Restaurant Proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur simulation. In

order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of

my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have

your approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom portion of this memo and

returning it to me.

Proposed Restaurant:

The name of my restaurant will be Rolling Dough. The theme for my restaurant will be an older

woodsy theme with furniture that looks like we pulled it right out of the woods. The color scheme

that I will be using is a mixture of Blue, White and Green. The signature dish at Rolling Dough

will the homemade pretzels. The location of my restaurant will be in Keyser, West Virginia.

Restaurant Reasoning:

I love baking. Baking is always so much fun. You get to experiment and see what happens. Play

around and add different ingredients. Baking is calming yet exciting at the same time. Baking

bond people together and I have so much fun doing it with the people I love.
