'Tesla Road' Order by The Travis County Commissioner
Whereas, the Travis County Commissioners Court is authorized under Section 251.013(b) of the
Transportation Code to adopt an order to name a public road located wholly or partly in an
unincorporated area of the County;
Whereas, Harold Green Road is a public right of way accepted and maintained by Travis County;
Whereas, the majority owners of the properties along Harold Green Road approved of Tesla Road
as the new road name;
Whereas, 911 Address Management Services for Travis County and City of Austin approved the
process and a majority of the affected property owners approved of Tesla Road as the new road
name;
Whereas, Tesla, Inc. initiated the process and a majority of the affected property owners approved
of “Tesla Road” as the new road name;
BE IT THEREFORE ORDERED by the Commissioners Court of Travis County, Texas, that the
east-west section of Harold Green Road from the intersection with the north-south section of FM
973 to the city limit of the City of Austin is named “Tesla Road.”
