HOW THE FOUR BASIC MANAGEMENT ARE RELATED


PLANNING means regulating what organization’s
arrangement and affair should be in the future, and
decide how best to bring about that affair.
ORGANIZING confirmed plan are closer to being to put
in action. Then organization decides which people are
good for specific activities for the best interest of
organizational goals.
LEADING is to influence individuals to perform a
particular task set by the organization.
CONTROLLING is to monitor and control activities set
by leadership and to insure organizational goals are
settled.
