REPORT: CONCERNS OVER THE NUCLEAR

DETERRENCE OF SAUDI ARABIA

It was reported in mid-April that Secretary-General of the National Security

Council of Saudi Arabia Prince Bandar bin Sultan had paid a visit to China
to purchase advanced nuclear-capable CSS-3 DF-3 ballistic missiles with
the advice and assistance of Pakistan's military establishment.

Although this move was seen as skeptical by some especially in Israel, it

was part of the military establishment of Pakistan's healthy proposal for a
Pakistan-GCC Security Council to collectively combat internal/external
threats. In March 2011, Pakistan and the Gulf Cooperation Council held a
joint strategic conference highlighting collaboration in the field of
economics, agriculture, education but most importantly, defence and
intelligence cooperation.

In an interview to Gulf News in February 2011, Pakistan's then Foreign

Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi had stated "We will stand by Gulf
countries in case any security situation arises. Pakistan gets affected
if there is any security problem in any of the GCC states".

Increasing geostrategic partnership between Rawalpindi and Riyadh has

been raising alarm bells at Washington and Tel Aviv. In the former's case in
particular, the CIA Chief Leon Panetta has once again activated their asset
Anwar al-Awlaki in Yemen. The same Awlaki who once dined with the
Pentagon top brass at the White House just months after the September 11
false-flag.
There have been several drone attacks on Yemen allegedly against
"Awlaki", whereas the reality is something else. The Israeli Mossad has
been stationing a few of its Al Qaeda splinter cells at hotspots around
Yemen particularly Al-Hudaydah and Aden to secure the strategic ports
controlling the Gulf of Aden sea route between the Mediterranean and
Arabian Sea. The subsequent control over Yemen's hotspots indirectly
ensures Israel's control over the Mideast waterways.

In all this, the Pentagon and CIA activate drone strikes to target the civilian
population and Yemen's military installations to provoke the people. Last
year in October, Col. Mohammed Abdel Aziz Bou Abess of the Yemeni
intelligence service was targeted by Israel's Al Qaeda near his home in
Mukalla in the south-east province of Hadramawt who was a key official in
probing the Israel-Al Qaeda connection.

Awlaki is not only a CIA asset but he is an American citizen himself. He is

used for terror operations and false-flags within Yemen mostly through
inspiring ignorants with his preaching just like Adil Hadi Al Jazairi bin Hamlili
turned out to be a double-agent for the British MI6 responsible for many
high-profile terror attacks in Pakistan.

On March 1 2001, Yemen's President Ali Abdullah Saleh lashed out at the
US and Israel while exposing their hegemonic gameplan for reshaping the
Middle East: "I am going to reveal a secret. There is an operations
room in Tel Aviv with the aim of destabilizing the Arab world. The
operations room is in Tel Aviv and run by the White House".

It is noteworthy that soon after the hoax operation in the Pakistani city of
Abbottabad, the CIA carried out another drone attack at North Waziristan
on May 6. Just a few hours earlier, drones fired missiles at Shabwan area
of Yemen after nine years allegedly against Musaed Mubarak Aldaghery
and Abdullah Mubarak Aldaghery (Mossad Al Qaeda recruits). It is not new
for the CIA to fake attacks against their own recruits and those of its allies
(Israel) while their real objectives are something else. If we look back in
history, the CIA had never fired drones on terrorist Baitullah Mehsud of the
Pakistani Taliban (TTP). He was later accidentally killed by the CIA after
Pakistan's ISI provided reverse-intelligence to the CIA into killing their own
asset which was a setback to the American covert intelligence.

While you keep this in mind, also bear that the timing of the drone strikes
against the "revived Al Qaeda" coincides with the global propaganda focus
on Pakistan's military. It is subsequently aimed at now approaching the
Saudi Arabian soil. In the coming times ahead, according to source reports,
there can be false-flags staged in central Saudi Arabia or near the Saudi-
Yemen border which can lead to CIA drones of US Army personnel taking
positions "against Al Qaeda" which will actually be against the Saudi
kingdom's military and defence installations.

Can an anti-Saddam situation be imminent in Saudi Arabia openly? In the

present circumstances, it is less probable. On the other hand, considering
the Saudi regime's shift on military dependency from the US to Pakistan
and further eastwards to China, it can be likely. There are more chances of
covert operations rather than public venturing. This has led the Saudi
military and intelligence officials to again express their concerns to
Pakistan's GHQ and ISI Chief over the protection of the kingdom's strategic
assets against foreign exploitation. This is one of the primary issues to be
discussed during the visit of the ISI Chief's trip to Saudi Arabia, UAE and
China. Rest assured as far as Pakistan's GHQ is concerned, there is
already a significant presence of Pakistani SSG commando and army units
in the regime particularly around the Sacred Holy Sites of Makkah and
Madinah.

Coming to another related development, the Indian intelligence agency

RAW has been energizing its alliance with the CIA to push forward a
structured-propaganda against Pakistan by claiming that "Dawood Ibrahim
has been relocated to Saudi Arabia". Dawood Ibrahim is a notorious
mafia don from India who has always been vilely associated by conspiracist
elements of being an "ISI militant asset".

According to the propaganda report in the Daily Bhaskar of India:

"Highly placed sources in the Indian Intelligence agencies have revealed
that Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar and his family, with his close associate
Chhota Shakeel, have shifted base from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia.

Anticipating the demand, Dawood and his family were immediately asked
to vacate his palatial ‘Mohin Palace’ located near the Saudi mosque at the
Clifton area in Karachi and shift his base on the dark night of May 1, 2011,
when operation Osama was about to be executed."
A similar report in the Daiji World news alleges:

"Dawood, who had masterminded the 1993 Mumbai blasts, has been
evading his arrest with the help of Pakistan. It is learnt that he fled from his
home along with his close associate, Chhota Shakeel. In all likelihood he
may seek refuge in Saudi Arabia."

One newspaper quotes RAW officials. The second claims "all likelihood".
The question to ask the Indian intelligence apparatus is, why Saudi Arabia?
Is it not timely that the Indian lobby has been getting active to try and
create rifts between the developments and cooperation taking place
between Pakistan and China and use Saudi Arabia as a disruptive tool?
The Sino-Pak-GCC super-strategic defence bloc which has been emerging
gradually is already the subject of mass media hijacking. China has already
warned Washington, "Messing with Islamabad means you're messing
with Beijing". And as mentioned above, Pakistan says it is affected if the
GCC states are messed with.

A militarily-progressing Saudi Arabia in greater cooperation and intelligence

sharing with Pakistan and China is very alarming to American and Israeli
interests in the morphing Middle East. As the CIA's color revolutions spread
like fire across North Africa and the Middle East and considering that the
United Nations gave a go-ahead for illegal attacks on Libya, the flames are
also reaching the beleaguered kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.

The impending threats already faced by the Pakistan military will also be
faced by the Saudi royal defence forces as the countries stand at the helm
of a new and determined worldview shaped not according to Washington
and controlled by Tel Aviv but rather by Beijing and most possibly Moscow.
