INSTRUCTION ON CONDUCTING THE SUBJECT

1. Order os class activities:

1.1 Team presentation
1.2 Lecture
1.3 Q&A
1.4 Break time
1.5 Team activities to prepare next presentation
2. Prerequisite for the final exam/ assessment:
- Attend class regularly, at least 80% of the total hours of the subject.
- The class monitor will help the teacher with checking student attendance,
declare at the end of the course and report to the teacher.
3. Some rules:
- Latecomers are not allowed to enter the class. Early arrival of at least 5
minutes is strongly recommended.
- No foods or drinks are allowed in class, except pure drinking water.
- High concentration on class activities is required. No use of laptops or
mobile phones irrelevant to class activities in allowed.
4. Final exam/assessment:
The form of final exam/assessment will be informed by the lecturer on the
first day of the subject.
5. Instruction on team presentation:
- One day before the presentation date, the class mionitor will inform the
class of the chosen teams to give presentation after random choice and make
sure that all teams will have opportunities to present.
- Before each team member presents, please tell his/her name so that the
teacher can note the evaluation.
- Presentation must be in ppt files with the minimum font size of 28. Names
of presenters are on top right of slides.
- There is one topic each morning/ afternoon. 2 teams will give
presentations of the same topic.
- Each team presentation will last for 30 minutes for maximum with the
involvement of all members in that team.
- There must be examples, illustrations, video clips (of good sound quality)…
in group presentations to make them more attractive and persuasive.
Presentation with theoretical answers alone will not be accepted.

- Thao tác thực hiện mỗi buổi học:
+ HV/SV đăng nhập ít nhất 5 phút trước giờ học.
+ Test âm thanh: GV sẽ chào hỏi, HV/SV xác nhận âm thanh ổn, buổi
học sẽ bắt đầu.
+ HV/SV chỉ mở mic khi thuyết trình hay khi cần trả lời cho GV.
Ngoài ra luôn luôn tắt mic để tạp âm không lẫn vào. Luôn mở webcam để
GV quản lý theo đúng hướng dẫn của Nhà trường.
+ GV có thể điểm danh thông qua participant list hoặc gọi tên, lớp
trưởng hỗ trợ GV trong việc giám sát gương mặt của HV trên webcam động
đúng là của SV đang được điểm danh để tránh tình huống điểm danh hộ.
+ HV/SV cần thực hành trước buổi thuyết trình để đảm bảo thành thạo
về kỹ thuật. Khi thuyết trình, HV/SV nói vào mic và chuyển màn hình sang chế
độ Share screen, sau đó chỉnh slide ppt theo bài thuyết trình.
+ Có thể nghỉ giải lao
+ GV giảng các chapter theo kế hoạch giảng dạy. Khi GV giảng để
không bị tạp âm, GV có thể sử dụng chức năng Mute all và lúc đó HV/SV
không thể có ý kiến bằng cách phát biểu. Nếu HV/SV muốn thông tin về trục
trặc kỹ thuật, ví dụ rớt mạng thì sử dụng tính năng nhắn tin hay giơ tay.
+ Q&A. HV/SV tìm hiểu trước thao tác nhắn tin, giơ tay đặt câu hỏi để
sử dụng trong buổi học.

+ Kết thúc buổi học.
