1.) We need to study human behavior inorder to advance many areas in our society. For example,
in an organization, study of human behavior is important in developing interventions for
individuals, and strengthening work environments to improve employee performance because it
helps a person to acquire understanding, skills and desire which would prepare him to work with
others with increasing cooperation, understanding and effectiveness.

2.) Sometimes humans don't act rationally. Humans don't always act in the ways that economist
would predict. Yet businesses always design their products, marketing, incentives, HR and
performance management practices, employee programs, training and many more as if we were
purely rational beings. That is why behavioral science emerge in different field of business
because it widens the view of human observation in any business establishment or industry.
Behavioral science plays a role in business by helping companies recognize these nuances along
with the impacts that they have on the business. By doing so can help businesses improve the
effectiveness of their programs, have more motivated employees, and increase their financial
well-being.

3.) The factor that affects the study of behavioral science is that scientists could not look for
research references because previous health research has not looked at behavioral science
research evidence. They mainly focused on clinical, health service and health policy evidences
and the fact that at that time, behavioral science is not included in public heath practioners.
