Dear Mr. Javier;

Good day! Kindly consider this letter as my formal resignation from Makati

Medical Center as an OB-GYN nurse, effective two weeks from today, January 15, 2022.

I've been blessed to have the opportunity to grow and learn more about my

nursing profession during my term at Makati Medical Center. Working at MakatiMed has

presented me with lots of opportunities to sharpens and grow my career to some

considerable level. This is something for which I will be eternally grateful. Furthermore,

the hospital's operations have always impressed me. I hope you maintain the same

optimistic response once I leave. My appreciation also extends to my colleagues for

creating such a positive workplace environment.
