it is known that we have agreement for training and support service with Microsoft which was signed

under single contract.

In the contract it is stated that:

“Before Microsoft commences or continues provision of Premier Support Service, Microsoft receive a
signed copy of this Work Order and Customer’s payment, payment, purchase order or, if applicable,
Completed Customer invoice information above. Microsoft will invoice Customer and Customer agrees to
pay Microsoft within 60 calendar days of the date of Microsoft invoice.”
