1. The stock should form a recognisable candlestick pattern.
2. Support & Resistance (S&R) should confirm the trade. - Stoploss should be around S&R. 3. Volumes should confirm. - Ensure volume equal to or above than previous 10 trading days volume on both buy & sell day 4. Look at the trade from the Dow Theory Perspective - Primary, Secondar Trades - Double, Triple range formations 5. Indicators should confirm (RSI, MACD, VWAP, etc.) 6. Risk to Reward Ratio (RRR) should be satisfactory (above 1.5 is advisable)
