My client, Mrs. Catherine Fermato has referred to me her predicament about your
unpaid loan amounting to Four Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php 460,000.00), with 5%
interest commencing from August 16, 2019 to August 15, 2020.

She also consulted to me that you failed to pay the monthly interest of your loan for
the months of March, April, May and August 2020.

Consider this, therefore, as a FINAL DEMAND upon you to pay your loan, with the
corresponding interest within 10 days from your receipt of this letter, otherwise we will be
constrain to file an Application for Foreclosure of Real Estate.
