Article 2. - (1) Le présent agrément de la catégorie C vise les groupes ci-aprés : Groupe | : Sols et fondations ; Groupe Il: Granulats ; Groupe III : Liants hydrauliques / Bétons / Mortiers / Agglomérés / Briques / Tuiles / Produits céramiques ; Groupe V : Résines / Produits bitumineux / Bitumes ; Groupe VI : Auscultation des chaussées / Batiments et Ouvrages D'art. (2) Le présent agrément ne peut étre transféré, ni cédé.Article 3.- Le présent agrément est valable pour une durée de trois (03) ans renouvelable 4 compter de sa date de signature. Article 4.- Le Directeur Général des Travaux d’Infrastructures, le Directeur Général des Etudes Techniques et le Directeur Général du Laboratoire National de Génie Civil sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l'exécution du présent arrété, qui sera enregistré et publié partout ol besoin sera./- Yaoundé, te 8 NOV 2071 Ampliations. -MINTP/CAB : “SETAT ; = SG/MINTP ; -INTERESSES : -SERVICE DU COURRIER/CHRONO.REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND MINISTRY OF PUBLIC WORKS i 08 NOV 2001 -ORDER No. /A/MINTP/CAB OF Authorizing “CABII ” to carry out, as a private laborator ry, the quality control of soils and building materials, and conduct geotechnical studies.- * : THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC WORKS, Mindful of _ the Constitution; Mindful of Law No. 99/017 of 22 December 1999 on soil and building materials quality control as well as geotechnical studies; Mindful of Decree No. 201/408 of 9 December 2011 to organise the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No. 2015/434 of 02 October 2015 to reshuffle the Government, as amended by Decrees No.2018/191 of 2 March 2018 and No. 2019/002 of 4 January 2019; Mindful of Dectee No. 2018/461 of 07 August 2018 to organise the Ministry of Public Works; Mindful of Decree No. 2001/128 of 16 April 2001 to lay down the conditions for giving authorisations to private laboratories for soil and building material’ quality control as well as the conduct of geotechnical studies; Mindful of | Circular Letter No.5280/CAB/MINTP of | July 2019 to establish the list of equipment of Private Civil Engineering laboratories to be calibrated by LABOGENIE; Considering the deliberations of the Commission giving authorisations to private laboratories for the quality control of soils and building materials as well as the conduct of geotechnical studies, at its session of 24 June 2021; HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOW: Article 1.- The private laboratory referred to as “CABINET TW" represented by Mr TCHOUANLONG WADIOU Séraphin, General Manager, P.O. Box:22 Bafoussam; Tel.: 691 80 93 82 / 672 04 28 66 is hereby given authorisation for the quality control of soils and construction materials, and the cond of geotechnical studies, for a period of three (3) years with effect from the date of signature of Order. Article 2. - (1) This authorisation concerning category C shall cover the following groups: - Group I: Soils and foundations: - Group Il: Aggregates; ~ Group Ill: Hydraulic binders/Concrete/mortar/agglomerates/bricks/roof tiles/Ceramic products: - Group V: Resins/Bituminous products/Bitumen; - Group VI: Testing of pavements/Buildings and Engineering Structures.
