SUB: ONE MONTH ADVANCE NOTICE.

Respected Madam,

I am writing you this letter to inform you of my intention to

vacate the office premises at cabin No. 5, 26, Horniman Circle
Chamber (Podar Chamber), 1st Floor, S. A. Brelvi Road, Fort,
Mumbai- 400 001. Within 30 days from 1 st of July, 2021, following
the provision under the rental agreement, thus ending my lease to
the premises that started on 1st of February, 2021.  I will be taking
out my personal belongings from the premises.

  I am returning the possession of the premises in good condition

and I appreciate that I will be refunded of my security deposit of Rs.
75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand Only) on or before
30.07.2021. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with me for any
questions, concerns or any issues after I move out.
