Role Offered: Human Resource Intern

We at DLF take a lot of effort in ensuring that all the interns in HR go through an exhaustive
exposure to the entire gamut of HR life cycle.

The key areas we facilitate exposure would be (not an exhaustive list):

a. Talent Acquisition
b. Onboarding & Induction
c. Employee Engagement
d. HR Operations
e. Office Management & HR Administration
f. Career Management & Guidance (To interns – in mode of projects, case studies &
assignments)

Location: Gurugram

Duration: We ideally would prefer minimum 2 months of tenure up to 6 months for the internship,
as per the institute permission.

Please note that this will be no stipend internship. Rest assured the candidates would learn from the
