Ingredients:
2 large carrots
3 handfuls of spinach
2 stalks of celery
1 green apple
Preparation:
First, wash all the ingredients thoroughly and then peel the carrots and the apple,
removing the seeds from the fruit. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend
until you get a smooth consistency. You can add a bit of water to the mix if you
wish.
Consume this juice every other day on an empty stomach.
