December 09, 2021 (Day 19)

Today is Thursday and as always we have our meeting for our class. As the day start I was logged
in to our Google form for me to have an attendance in our OJT. I always logged in at 7 am in the morning
because I was afraid that I might be late again. Our task for today is to make an analysis for our payroll,
and I was assign to make an analysis in the payroll trend. In our payroll trend I noticed that every month
from January to June, the graph depicts the overall payroll trend. It can be observed that no monthly
amount is maintained; instead, it fluctuates. The highest payroll amount was February, having
P1,161,156.07, while the lowest was P1,095,950.29 in June. The reason for this is that the business has a
big number of employees that resign, as well as excessive overtime work by employees, which contributes
to the high amount of payroll trend.

In that case we need to give more attention to the month of June since it is the month in which many
workers depart, and it is also the month in which employees work significant overtime, resulting in a high
payroll trend. I recommend that we should manage our employees' overtime in advance to avoid surprises
and prepare for the future. This will save our money, protect our company from legal action, and boost
morale.
