Guidelines in Using the Computer Laboratory in the new normal

1. Students who would like to use the computer laboratory should book a schedule
through its instructor.
2. The duration of students using the laboratory should not exceed 3 hour per
schedule.
3. Students will only use those computers with number markings.
4. Strictly one computer is to one student.
5. There should only be ten students or 50 percent capacity of the computer
laboratory.
6. Shut down all computers properly after use before leaving the laboratory.
7. All persons inside the laboratory must follow minimum health protocol such as
wearing a facemask and maintaining the 1-meter physical distancing.
8. The computer laboratory will only be open when the assigned instructor of CCIS
is present during scheduled hours.
