1. What are the benefits of exercise to our health and well-being?


Exercise strengthens your heart and improves your circulation. The increased blood
flow raises the oxygen levels in your body. Furthermore, this helps your body healthy
and lessen the pain.
2. Is physical activities could improve our relationship with our family? Why?
It could improve our relationship with our family, for the reason that it’s a bonding and
to help each other to keep our bodies and bones active especially for our
grandparents also my parents.
3. Differentiate Warm up to cool down.
Warming up is a part of stretching and preparation for physical exertion or a
performance by exercising or practicing gently beforehand. While, cool down is an
easy exercise, done after a more intense activity, to allow the body to gradually
transition to a resting or near-resting state. Depending on the intensity of the
exercise, cooling down can involve a slow jog or walk.
