Types of visas

H1B : Duel intent visa , non immigrant visa .

Duration was 3 years and extend for 3years .

2. H4 : Independent visa of H1 visa holder . And

non immigrant visa .

3. F1 : Student visa
Duration of time is about 2 years . After that f1
visa can applied for OPT and valied for 12 months.

4. F2 : Independent visa of F1 visa holder . (spouse and

children).
Eligible for EAD visa .

5 . F3 : for only students of Maxican and Canadian

students .

6 . L1 : These are for those employee works in same out

side the country company that are present in US.
Minimum 1 year validity

7. L2 : Independent visa of l1 visa

 8 . TN : For citizens of Mexican and Canadian employee
They are eligible for green card visa .

9. Green card: Is allows for permanent residence in U

Time period was about 10 years .

10. B1 and B2 : Is for tarvel in US , either for business or

tourist . Valid for 3 months.

11. EAD : Emplyment authorization doccument . Work

legally in US. Time period is 1 year .( l2, h4, f2
are also eligible for EAD).
