 INTRODUCTION

As a part of the recent advances in organizational management, it is important to have a

concise as well as an elaborate database on its members for; effective description of member’s

needs information projection, monitoring and evaluation, quick access to members profile and

effective decision making. To consolidate this, it is important to have an IT based database.

The modes of data collection and usage will be explained in subsequent sections. For the

website, it is hoped to foster our online presence and reduce the energy and money spent on

publications. I hope to get your approval and suggestions for a proper achievement.

PROPOSED MODE OF DATA COLLECTION

In order to collect the members data collectively, we ought to specify the kind of data to be

collected. Considering a lot of factors, I will like you to suggest the appropriate data in addition

to the following data sections:

a. Biodata Data section

b. Physical Data section

c. Lifestyle etc.

All data is proposed to be collected online using a customised form. This is so because

individuals can randomly fill in their data at any time and in any location. The database

administrator, as will be appointed by you, will have access to the submitted information and

make it available when needed. Following your approval, the database will be developed and

tested then deployed to the members with the terms of use as you may provide. I shall be

available to attend to any need, in sha Allah.

 A BRIEF ON THE WEBSITE

An organizational website is known to speak for that organisation at any instant time. We can

do same by developing a website basically and subsequently upgrading it to a more modern

type. I shall inform you in due course regarding any upgrade as may be required.

COST IMPLICATION

Currently, most of the development will be financed by my business organisation

CODE2SOLVE. You may at your will and capacity contribute. That will be welcomed.
