Dear sir

I am Govind Dhangar s/o Nandlal Dhangar. I booked ola on 22/feb/2021 from indore to jawad ( dist
neemuch ) , intitally freight amount shown rs 6300 at the time of booking journey but at the end of
journey this amount increased to rs 12600. This amount was increased due to techinial error of your
app and incorrect odometer reading and I had also argument with driver regarding this issue but he
denied to accept that issue and I had to pay 12600 excess fare to driver without my fault. Regarding
this issue I also contacted to your customer care no and they also agreed with that issue and reason
and they promised me to pay back my excess fare amount that 5600. For this they demanded my
bank detail and I also sent this detail but I am not getting my amount till date , I also again connected
with your app but no reply received till date .

That all fault is done by your app and your connected driver but I have to face all that problem. this
is not type of valuable service which is promised by you through various advertisement and other
media.

If my amount is not returned back by you after that email then I shall have to go consumer forum
because you will not left any solution to me and this will not only decrease your goodwill but also
lose customer that believe on your services

I expect that you will respect your customer and relationship.

I enclosed documents related to that issue which will be helpful for resolving my issue and remit my
money
