Coffee with Prashan - Unplugged

We believe in an open and transparent culture where everyone including the CEO is approachable to
everyone. While employees can always walk up to anyone, we just want to meet more employees through
this forum

• Who can attend/nominate themselves for this session?

o All employees can attend this session.

• Do I need to take permission of my manager for this?

o No permission is required, however keeping them informed about your meeting shall help them
plan work accordingly.

• Will everyone who nominates get a chance to attend this session?

o We would like to strive towards a diverse group of attendees and eventually everyone will get a
chance to attend the session. We might need to phase out employees across sessions, since
each session would have 5-6 employees.

• Will these sessions be periodic?

o Yes, this shall be a monthly initiative.

• What can I expect from this session?

o This shall be an informal interaction, where you can ask any questions related to Gaana which
you find relevant to be answered by the CEO. Discussions such as "What is working for you" and
"What you would like to see more in the organization". Here, there is no agenda, no staff
meetings, simply a chance to ask your CEO anything.
