CHAIRMAN'S FOREWORD

1.1 YBrs. The Chairman began the meeting with a greeting and welcomed the presence of all
members of the meeting to the light united club Meeting Members of the Meeting were informed
that light united was held to discuss:

i) declining football performance:

Since the defeat of light united football club with canon city football club has caused many players'
performance to decline rapidly.

ii) identify issues/problems in the players

1.2 YBrs. The Chairman further raised the following matters:

i) so that the head of the club and the Agency, especially the fam, ensure that the club's
achievement increases by 100% to become the champion in the league for the year 2022.

ii) he suggested that all training managers be able to diversify the methods of training
implementation such as engagement sessions with players (knowledge sharing, morning prayer, tea
talk session and so on).

iii) suggest that a mechanism for recording/monitoring engagement sessions with players can be
established/streamlined;

iv) so that all football club training managers and agencies can carefully plan the training needs and
allocation for high impact programs, character building, leadership development as well as
comprehensive modules to be targeted at coaches

3.1 LIGHT UNITED CLUB LEADERS

3.1.1. Meetings take note of performance

approval if players do not know the reason for not attending training sessions.

ii) The club leader received a reprimand from the FAM Agency regarding the issue of players not
attending the training session involving 10 players who were lazy to go down to the training session.

The meeting agreed with the decision of YBrs. Chairman:

i) that a special discussion be held immediately with the FAM Agency on the issue of the attendance
of training sessions who are often absent and not according to the schedule as stipulated in the
player training schedule;

ii) for all Divisions/Branches/Agencies to expedite the implementation of courses that have been
scheduled in DLBSDPL 2022 to avoid it being implemented in November or December because hotel
accommodation rates are usually more expensive due to school holidays. Apart from that, the
postponement was also the cause of the program not being able to be implemented due to
overlapping courses and time constraints.
CLOSING

- the chairman will close the meeting with the implementation of the training policy with external
trainees as well as FAM agencies.
