Q2. Consider the following events:-

A:employee working in HR department

B: employee who has a certifcate in HR analytics

Now write the following operations with events in words:

i) A∪B= Employee who’s working in the HR department or employee who has a certificate in
HR analytics or both.

ii) A∩B= Employee who’s working in the HR department and also has a certificate in HR
analytics.

iii) A-B= Employee who’s working in the HR department but does not have a certificate in HR
analytics

iv) B-A= Employee who has a certificate in HR analytics but is not working in HR department

v) Ac= Any employee who is not working in the HR department.

vi) (A∪B)c= Any employee who is neither working in the HR department nor has a certificate in
HR analytics
