Subject: Hand over of building of Government

Polytechnic College for Girls, Ropar transit campus for
Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar-regarding.

Reference: This office letter no. 96052 dated 28.10.2020 on

the subject cited above.

The Government of Punjab temporarily made available the

building of Govt. Polytechnic College for Girls, Ropar to run
transit campus of IIT in the year 2009.
It was intimated to this office vide letter No. 3902
dated:26.04.2017, that transit campus of IIT, Ropar operating
in main building of Government Polytechnic College for Girls,
Ropar will be shifted completely to its main building at Birla
Farm by July'2020.
In this regard It was requested vide reference mentioned letter
to kindly inform this office about the handing over schedule of
the building of Polytechnic College to this office so that the
process of approval from AICTE to start the approved courses
in the polytechnic college can be initiated.
But this information is yet awaited. So, you are requested
again please to send the required information.
