powertrain components. Tesla sells more than five fully electric cars, among others, the Model S sedan and
the Model X SUV, and the Model 3 sedan, which is among the world's top-selling electric cars.

● TESLA STARTED SELLING MODEL Y IN CHINA IN 2021. EARLY REPORTS SHOWED GREAT DEMAND: Tesla won
Chinese authorities’ approval to start selling Shanghai-assembled Model Y SUVs in the country. The Chinese
markets remained very important to Tesla. After their successful entrance with Model 3, experts in China
expect “explosive” sales growth February and March with Model Y.

● TESLA TO START DELIVERING MODEL 3 and PRODUCING CARS IN INDIA: Tesla will also launch Model 3 in
India in June, with bookings to start in January 2021. India is the second largest country in the world by
population after China, which could bode well for Tesla’s aspiration to continue to expand globally.

Bloomberg reported that Tesla is closing in on an agreement to make electric vehicles in India for the first
time, opening up a new growth opportunity. According to the state’s chief minister, Tesla has picked a
southern state, Karnataka, whose capital is Bangalore, for its first plant.

● A huge Dutch pension fund, PGGM of Zeist from the Netherlands, which manages $347 billion in assets, to be
one of the 15 largest public pensions in the world, made big changes in its investments. The pension bought
more than 79,000 shares of Tesla in the fourth quarter, while it didn’t own any at the end of the third quarter.

● ELECTRIC VEHICLE MARKETS SUPPORTED BY THE NEW US ADMINISTRATION: US President Joseph Biden
wants to replace the fleet of federal cars with U.S.-made electric vehicles.

● ANALYST OPINION: Bank of America raises Tesla Price Target to $900 a share. Wedbush analyst Deni Ives
raised Tesla Prices Target to $950 from $751 (Bull- Case Scenario Target Price $1250). Deutsche Bank raised
Tesla Price Target to $900. Research Company Piper Sandler ncreased its Tesla Price Target to $1200 from
$515. Morgan Stanley increased Tesla Price Target to $880 from $810 a share.
