2. All published fare, price, flight schedule, routes, and services provided to the passenger are true
at the time of publication and subject to changes at any time and from time to time without any prior notification.
3. Web / Mobile Check-in opens from reservation and closes 30 minutes before departure for domestic flight, and 1 hour
before departure for international flight.
4. Check-in Kiosk opens 3 hours before departure and closes 30 minutes* before departure.
5. Check-in kiosk/priority check-in counters and Baggage Drop Counter opens 2 hours before departure and closes 30
minutes before departure for domestic flight, and 1 hour before departure for international flight.
6. Considering the airport layout and vary procedures, Citilinkers are expected to arrive before appointed time. Citilinkers
are responsible to board the aircraft on time after check-in process.

*For Citilink flights from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK); The Check-in kiosk, baggage drop counter, and priority
check-in counters will be closed 45 minutes before departure for domestic routes, and 1 hour before departure time for international
routes.
NOTICE :

1. Carriage and other servies provided by the carrier are subject to the conditions of carriage which
are hereby incorporated by reference. These conditions may be obtained from issuing carrier.
2. PT. Citilink Indonesia is not responsible for any risk and/or compensation occurring from the

explosives munitions / fireworks / flares / radioactive or other dangerous goods article must not be carried in passengers baggage.
