1. Download Google Drive App for Desktop

2. Install Google Drive Exe

>> Go to your download file
>> Find GoogleDriveSetup
>> Install it

3. Open Google Drive on Desktop

 Double Click

4. Open My Drive
Before you do, you have to sign in your google account

5. You are ready to use Google Drive in your Desktop

Sharing Your Excel File for Your Team

>> Copy Excel File

>> Paste in My Drive
 Paste Here

Copy

>> Select Excel File

>> Right Click
>> Click Share with Google Drive
>> Add your friend email in box
>> Choose Editor
>> Click Send
