business expectations
3. Distinguish between long and short range plan for business.
4. How to monitor the performance of the company?
5. Identify the key value drivers for your business.
6. Understand the need of data for this business to be successful.
Categorize the data based on the nature of the same.
7. Find the ways and means to collect the data from the chosen
business unit.
8. Collect the data and analyse it based on your requirements set at
the beginning of your project.
9. Carry out historical analysis, variance analysis, trend analysis,
value based analysis, correlation, time series, regression analysis
10. Which is the most appropriate analysis depending on the problem
at hand
