Literature review

There is a plethora of research that exist showing positive correlation of training and
development on an organisation.“Effects of training and development investments on learning
and innovation in organizations” by Sun Young Sung,Jin Nam Choi in 2013, studied the effect of
trending and development in organizations with respect to innovation. And secondly “Impact of
Training and Development on Organizational Effectiveness: Evidence from Selected Public
Sector Organizations in Nigeria” by Happiness Ozioma Obi-Anike , Michael Chidiebere Ekwe
which again observed the impact of training and development but in the context of looking at the
public sector of the country.
