- Bird dog
- Air kicks
- Plank + alternate reaching one arm in front
- Plank + lift foot
- Side plank + leg raise
- Side plank + trunk rotation
- Dead bugs
- Flutter kicks
- Bicycles
- Plank + elbows to hands to elbows
- Russian twists (add plate/ med ball)
- Straight arm planks – front, right, left
- Swiss ball hip extension
- Hip bridges – alternate lifting leg 10sec each
- Sit ups (add plate / med ball)
- Side crunches
- Hanging single leg lifts (from pull up bar)
