In view the instructions issued vide letter endorsement

no.60/G dated 01.05.2022 by the office of Learned District and
Sessions judge, Ludhiana, wherein instructions have been issued for
using precautionary measures in the wake of pandemic novel corona
virus(COVID 19), the personal presence of parties is exempted in the
interest of justice. Now, the case stands adjourned to 20.01.2022 for the
purpose already fixed. Accused Amanpreet Singh has not been
produced by the Jail Authorities. Let his production warrants be issued
for 20.01.2021 and he be produced on the date fixed through VC.
