Greetings from the Souvenir Committee!

We are pleased to inform you that Ranchi University is going to publish this year a souvenir
to mark the 60th anniversary of its foundation. We feel that this work cannot be completed
without your precious support, benign involvement and kind cooperation.

Therefore, we solicit certain data from your institution. We shall feel highly obliged if we obtain
the following data related to your Department (PG Centre)/College.

1. List of Principals (for colleges)/ Heads with their respective tenures (for PG Deptt)

2. Names of the teachers working at present

3. Achievements of your Department (PG Centres)/College in terms of

a) Academic publications (books and articles, etc.) of the faculty members

b) Research and developmental activities carried on so far
c) Accomplishments in the field of sports and cultural activities
c) Exemplary extracurricular activities
d) Notable achievements in any other field
e) Teachers who earned distinction in their fields (mention achievements)
f) Students of the institution who earned distinction in any field (mention achievements)

N.B. Any teacher or employee may give his/her write-up related to the university matters for the
publication in the souvenir.
