Accents On The Hi Hat Exercise

In this week's lesson we have got a fun little exercise to help you get to grips with playing an
accent anywhere withing a common 16th notes on the hi hat groove. By shifting the accent
along be a single 16th note of the beat you can really change the feel of the groove.
Below is a breakdown of each of the four accent placements, before we then play all
four ideas together in an 8 bar workout.
