SUBJECT: Restaurant Proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur simulation. In
order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of
my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have your
approval to use this proposed idea by completing the bottom proportion of this memo and
returning it to me.

Proposed restaurant:
The name of my restaurant is Roller Derby Diner. The theme for my restaurant is an 80’s dinner.
The color scheme that I have decided to use is a combination of bright blue, pink black and
white. The signature dish at my restaurant is a beef burger with fries. The restaurant is located
in
Pittsburgh, PA.

Restaurant Reasoning:
I've always wanted my own diner, and I love the 80’s. The disco roller skating peaked in
the 80’s. So, why not make it a Roller skating, 80’s themed restaurant. I also thought it
would be really cool to design a building like this.
