However is our gender ,religion ,nationality , we all stay related to our culture , so first
full what is the meaning of culture?; The term culture can refer to a lot of things, including a
shared set of norms, customs and values “Culture encompasses religion, food, what we wear,
how we wear it, our language, marriage, music, and a million other things”. Now the question
is what is culture actually? Where does it come from? And how does it change or evolve over
time?

Philosophically talking, culture grown up with humanity we all know that human developed
himself he just leave the nature life (no rolls, no values, no goals,….) to create something
called “culture” : in this moment the term “innovation society” and “leadership” shows up. No
one can deny the impotence of leadership on the development of culture, there is a direct
correspondence between a leader’s style and society’s culture. As the hipster example
illustrates, culture is always evolving. When you examine the history of a society, it is
obvious that its culture has changed over time .Some of the shared behaviors and ideas that
were common at one time are modified or replaced at another time. That is why, in describing
a culture, it is important to understand that a description pertains to a particular time period..
Moreover, new things are added to material culture every day, and they affect nonmaterial
culture as well. Cultures change when something new (say, railroads or Smartphone’s,
internet, social media,..) opens up new ways of living and when new ideas enter a culture
(say, as a result of travel or globalization).in our time culture it’s not just about society’s it’s
also related to company’s and business this is what we called “workplace culture”; this thing
show clearly the devolppement of culture.

In conclusion, it is important to preserve and respect cultures that are different from our own.
In doing this we enhance our own culture. Cultural differences are a positive aspect of our
country that we can learn a lot from. Cultural differences should not be looked upon as
something that impedes, but rather as something that encourages growth and prosperity.
