RE: NATIONAL STRIKE 17 – 21 MAY 2021

Above matter refers.

Due to the national strike starting from 17 May 2021, possibly ending 21 May 2021, we might
experience some disruption in our service deliverables to you, including parts deliveries, custom
clearance, transport etc.

This strike might be extended to 24 May 2021 to 28 May 2021 should negotiations with the National
Unions not be successful.

Our operations on all sites will continue as per normal depending on the number of personnel
participating in this strike. Operations in Bamako will run on minimum service staff, but also dependent
on participation of employees.

During this period, we will support you to the best of our ability to ensure minimum impact on your
operations.
