WORKSHOP BACKGROUND:
This workshop explains how to use anyLogistix to create supply chain models, conduct
experiments and analyze the results. By reducing technical complexity to a minimum,
anyLogistix allows students to focus on management decision analysis and use KPIs for
operational, customer and financial performance measurement and decision-making.

Learning Objectives:
1. Develop the analytical and management skills to use the simulation to select the optimal
locations for your company’s facilities and design supply chains
2. Develop the technical skills to use anyLogistix to create two-stage supply chain models,
perform experiments and measure performance.
3. Understand the trade-offs in facility location and supply chain planning

Course Outcomes:
1. Design supply chain network using ANylogistix software
2. Input relevant parameters for conducting supply chain analytics
3. Run different experiments to optimize supply chain
4. Interpret the results from supply chain simulation.
