Islamophobia being common in the Philippines

- Philippines is known as the country where christianity is the national religion which
makes the majority of the Filipinos Christians. However, there are some Filipinos who
belong to other religions such as Muslims and because of this Christian Filipinos have
certain negative stereotypes, views, and actions towards Muslims in schools, offices,
and in other public places just because they serve and believe in another God. Despite
serving different Gods and having different traditions, equal rights and respect for
human rights should still be given to the Muslims in our country.
