In my beetown you shall see

People of all ages contented & happy
Unmindful of Lifes complexity
Free spirited, warm & friendly

From sunrise till dawn they’d busy

Making a food for the whole family
Unmindful of April, May & June Summery
In a couple of months , they’ll be dancing gaily

Yes, it’s August, the month of Bees

Dancing in the street, dancing merrily
Oh what fun, oh so lovely
Yes, Abuyog, no other place to bee.

Went to west , off they go

Greener pasture, Life in the meadow
But come August when Buyogan shows
Off to Home of Buyogan balikbayans billow

Left hometown to glamour of big cities

The lights the fame can’t hide sorrow faces
Coz every Abuyognon, yes they know
Only beetown can make their hearts glow

Abuyog is a place to bee

Abuyog is a place I wanna bee
Abuyog , is all yes, it’s all to me
Abuyog is where I will always bee.
