The Atmosphere Drive™ Car Air Treatment System should not be operated with wet hands to avoid electric shock and/or a fire hazard. 4, Atmosphere Drive™ Car Air Treatment System cannot be used as a safety device in case of accidents with combustion processes and hazardous chemicals. 7S Warranty es Amway India Enterprises Private Limited (hereafter ‘Amway India’) warrants that the Atmosphere Drive™ Car Air Treatment System (except the filter) (hereafter ‘product’) imported and marketed by it, is free from any faulty material or workmanship for a period of 1 year under normal use from the date of purchase and undertakes to replace/repair the same at its sole discretion. The Atmosphere Drive™ Car Air Treatment System warranty would be void if the same is used for any other purpose than the intended usage.Warranty Coverage:- The 1-year warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser. Coverage terminates when the original end purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product. The original end purchaser must mandatorily activate the ‘1-year warranty’ by registering the product, the process for which is mentioned in clause A of the ‘Product Registrations and Usage’ section. Failure to register the product and activate the warranty will bar the original end purchaser from availing the warranty. The 1-year warranty is not applicable to online sales auction confirmations. Products purchased from 3° party sellers or any online sales website and non- Amway sale channels will not be applicable for the 4-year warranty, Amway India’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product purchased through the approved channels at its sole option. Amway India shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect. Warranty Terms and Conditions 1. Warranty will be valid only against a valid product registration and valid product serial/ID number along with original sales receipt issued by Amway India or a copy of a sales receipt or other proof of purchase. This warranty shall not apply to damages caused to the product by accident, physical damage, lightening, ingress of water, fire or Acts of God, improper temperature, humidity, dropping or excessive shock, damages caused by pests or any external cause beyond Amway India’s control.15. 16. This warranty shall not cover any damage resulting from reverse engineering, unauthorized adaptations or adjustments to the product. Notwithstanding anything, ‘Amway India’s aggregate liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.
