Hold onto the seat of your chair.
Feel your clothing on your skin.
Put lotion on your hands.
Name five colors you can see.
Look for five objects that are the same color.
Notice the temperature in the room.
Notice the sounds inside and outside.
Push your hands against the wall.
Press your back against the wall.
Toss a ball to yourself.
Hum to yourself.
Balance a pen on your fingertip.
Balance on one foot.
Take a walk and touch objects.
Think about a pleasant place, thing, or person.
Place your hand on your chest.
Hug yourself.
