6.6 Density
A mud balance test equipment may be used for weight and volume measurement.

7 Batch Weight
Batch weight (mixing ratio) to be performed for initial Testing of Grout are specified in the table below :

Sikament NN 4 Litre 2%
Cement 200 Kg
Intraplast Z 400 Gram 0,2%
Kelco Crete DG 40 gram 0,02%

For water, sikament, intraplast and Kelco is multiplied by Cement.

8 Mixing Sequence

Mixing sequence are described below :

¾ Put water into mixing machine
¾ Switch on grout mixer
¾ Add 4 litres of Sikament NN, Mix approximately 1 minute
¾ Add 200 Kg cement, mixing approximately 2 minutes
¾ Add 400 Gram of Ingtraplast Z, mix approximately 1 minute
¾ Add 40 gram of Kelco Crete DG
¾ Mix approximately 8 minutes until a consistent grout was formed.
