INTRODUCTION
The aim of this report is to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the current training programme
and also to suggest improvements for it.

CURRENT TRAINING PROGRAMME

At the moment, I am working at the billings department. Every month there is a small amount of
newcomers, who have to learn everything from scratch. The training course is very well structured,
consisting of theoretical lessons and also practical. Each new employee must study at least 10 hours
of basic economy with the company’s teacher, which is more than enough, and must also practice
filling in forms and many other papers for the clients. Despite all these advantages for the
newcomers, the training programme is not perfect, having a major flaw. The program is in German,
while the company is original from Germany, and not many of the newcomers are able to speak
German fluently.

SUGGESTIONS
Moreover, the training programme should be translated to English in order to have better prepared
employees, because of the fact that 99% of our clients are English. Eventhoug, the main problem
after finishing the programme is the fact that most of the newcomers don’t know how to fill in
forms. More hours of practice would only be beficial for them.

CONCLUSION
To sum up, the training programme is mainly a good thing but it needs a lot of improvements in
order to be fully effective.
