PARENTING SEMINAR with the theme “Coping Better Together:
Title
Supporting the Well- Being of Families and Children”

Three things I learned …

1 . Well being really matters because it is our responsibility
as parents to take care the mental, emotional, social,
physical, and spiritual health of our kids/family
2 . Understanding the stress and the stressors are important to
know in order that we can check ourselves how are we going to
address and cope with it and what can help us be better

3 . Caring for our total well being in beneficial. Spending quality

time with our family can help us connect with them and enhance
good relationship and openness with one another.

Two things I should remember …

1 . “Our thoughts affects our emotions and our emotions affects our
behavior”. If our thoughts will start to emotionally burden us, we
need to pause and reflect for a while then start shifting our
thoughts to the positive things that can properly help us
properly manage our behavior that will turn out into a positive
end result.

2. Taking care of our family needs to be open flexible and self aware.
We need openness and flexibility because it will help us resolve
conflict and problems.

One thing I should do …

1 . To maintain a healthy relationship with my children/family.

To emphasize that deepening our faith and spiritual
connection to the Lord is the most important. If God is the
center of our whole-being everything will go well by God’s
Grace.
